The apartment is located in a quiet area, wich provides self-catering accommodation for up to 6 people. Very close to the train station (3 min walk). This lovely property comes with a very nice common backyard and a private garden as well. Easy to access Glasgow by car, depending on traffic, it takes about 20min.

The Space
This lovely two bedroom cottage flat offers comfortable beds for a great night sleep. The lounge is also beautifully set up with click-clack sofa bed which provides a further sleeping area where is required and a beautiful dining set complete the living space as you need.
The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, oven, fridge freezer, washer dryer, pots, pans, cooking utensils and all the usual kitchenware. There is one bathroom, which has a bath with an electric shower.
Guest Access
Guests are allowed to access everything just like your home, but please be respectful! There are also WiFi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, fresh towels and linens all included.
Interaction with Guests
I am very happy to communicate with the guests. I will try to meet my guests in person, however, a special barcode check in may be arranged sometimes if I am not available. Anyway, you can always get me on the phone if you need further assistance or advice x
The Neighbourhood
Busby and the nearby district of Clarkston provide an excellent range of shops, which cater for day-to-day requirements. A short stroll also takes you to regular bus and rail services, whilst main arterial roads link in turn to motorway networks providing speedy access to Glasgow City Centre, the Ayrshire Coast, and East Kilbride further a field. There is an excellent range of parks and leisure facilities also available close by, also the area is noted for its high standard of primary and secondaries.
Getting Around
The apartment is just 3-minutes walking away from Busby Train Station. Free parking on the street is possible, parking is at vehicle owners risks.
Other Things to Note
Beds:
Bedroom-1: Sleeps 2 which comes with very comfortable twin-bed arrangement, however, the beds can easily be rearranged next to each other if you prefer to sleep closely. It also completes with a bedside table, table lamp and a wardrobe.
Bedroom-2: Sleeps 1 or 2 which comes with a very comfortable double bed, two bedside tables, table lamps and a built-in wardrobe which provides lots of storage space.
Sofa bed in the lounge: Sleeps 1 adult or 2 children. This is a leather click-clack sofa beds which provide a small double sleeping area (114cm W x 185cm L).
Extra folding beds can be provided subject to extra person charges.

Check-in time is 3PM – 4PM.
Nobody wants to feel like they are in boarding school while they’re on holiday, so there are very few house rules that are simple to follow and are in place so that the next guests can feel as welcome as you did – the rest is just common sense. Quiet time after 10pm please.
1) The apartment is strictly NON-smoking, so please do not smoke. Smoking out of the window or the door open is still smoking in the flat and will incur a £150 cleaning fee!
2) Strictly NOT for party use! If you are planning to invite someone over, please let us know in advance.
3) This is a very quiet residential neighbourhood, please be respectful to our neighbours and do not make excessive noise. Quiet time after 10pm please.
4) If you’d like to use the microwave, please make sure you cover your food by using the microwavable plate cover provided to avoid food splashes inside the microwave. The general cleaning after use should apply to the cooker and oven too. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
