Our cosy 2-bedroom apartment features:
• Bedroom 1 – comes with comfortable double size bed, one wardrobe, chest drawers, one bedside drawers with lamp;
• Bedroom 2 – comes with two comfortable single size beds, one bedside drawers, two wardrobes, study desk and table lamp;
• Spacious living area with cosy Sofa Bed, and a Sofa, chairs, coffee table, shelves, TV, dining set with four chairs and extra stools for more guests (if needed);
• Toiletries, cleaned towels, fresh linens and hair dryer;
• Broadband and TV  (this apartment also featured with BT Sports);
• Kitchen fully equipped with microwave, electric kettle, toaster, plates, pots, cutlery, etc for you to cook and enjoy a lovely meal. Supermarkets are nearby access;
• Washing machine;
• Cleaning essentials.

Guest Access

The apartment will be your home and as such you will have full and exclusive access to the whole apartment, however, we would ask our guests to be respectful and take full care of the apartment just like your home.

We aim to provide our guests with a comfortable apartment and have a pleasant staying. We are very friendly and love to communicate with our guests. As much as possible we will try our best to meet and greet our guests.


Getting Around

Getting around with public bus link is very convenient. By taking either one bus (1A/1B/1C/1D) at approximately 15 minutes on the bus you could get off at Argyll Arcade and reach the Buchanan Street shopping district easily.


Other Things to Note

Free on street car parking is possible, it is not protected and parking is at vehicles owners risk.

This apartment comes with two spacious double bedrooms and a large living lounge, the extra folding beds can be provided upon request and additional charges may apply.

Bedroom-1 has a comfortable double size bed with plenty space to fit travel cot or extra folding beds upon request and is subject to extra guest charges.

Bedroom-2 comes with a double bed, also has space to fit extra travel cot or additional folding bed upon request and is subject to extra guest charges.

Living lounge is very spacious and can easily fit extra two to three folding beds upon request and is subject to extra guest charges.

Nobody wants to feel like they are in boarding school while they’re on holiday, so there are a few house rules that are simple to follow and are in place so that the next guests can feel as welcome as you did- the rest is just common sense.

1) The flat is strictly NON-smoking, so please do not smoke. Smoking out of the window or the door open is still smoking in the flat and will incur a £150 cleaning fee!
2) If you’d like to use the microwave, please make sure you cover your food by using the Pyrex Casserole Dish and Lid provided to avoid food splashes inside the microwave. The general cleaning after use should apply to the cooker and oven too.
3) Party is NOT ALLOWED within the flat. We do not cater for groups for stag do neither group for hens do. If you are planning to invite someone over, please let us know in advance.
4) This is a quiet residential block, please be respectful to our neighbours and please do not make excessive noise.
All in all is I would ask you to treat the place like it’s your own home and be respectful. We will do our best to provide our guests high-quality stay and hope you can help the next guest to enjoy the same. Thank you in advance and have a lovely stay x
