The Space
This cozy 2-bedroom apartment is located within a popular and well established residential development within Calton area, which lies to the east of Glasgow City Centre. It is right on the edge of the oldest park in the city – Glasgow Green and the landmark attraction of People Palace as well as the famous street market The Barras.
This lovely two bedroom flat offers comfortable beds for a great night sleep. The lounge is also beautifully set up with two click-clack sofa beds which provide a further sleeping area where is required. 40″ LCD TVs and a beautiful dining set complete the living space as you need.
The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, fridge freezer, washer, pots, pans, cooking utensils and all the usual kitchenware. There is one bathroom, which has a bath with an electric shower.
Guest Access
Guests are allowed to access everything just like your home, but please be respectful! There are also WIFI, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, fresh towels and linens all included. There are a few resident parking to the back of the flat and ample roadside parking available on first come first basis.
Interaction with Guests
I am very happy to communicate with the guests. I will try to meet my guests in person, however, a special barcode check in May be arranged sometimes if I am not available. Anyway, you can always get me on the phone if you need further assistance or advice x.

Nobody wants to feel like they are in boarding school while they’re on holiday, so there are very few house rules that are simple to follow and are in place so that the next guests can feel as welcome as you did – the rest is just common sense.
1) The flat is strictly NON-smoking, so please do not smoke. Smoking out of the window or the door open is still smoking in the flat and will incur a £150 cleaning fee!
2) Strictly NOT for party use! If you are planning to invite someone over, please let us know in advance.
3) This is a quiet residential block, please be respectful to our neighbours and do not make excessive noise.
4) I have provided some additional cloths to wipe dry the walls and sealant. This is to help prevent mold growing around the bath.
5) If you’d like to use the microwave, please make sure you cover your food by using the microwavable plate cover provided to avoid food splashes inside the microwave. The general cleaning after use should apply to the cooker and oven too. Please keep the apartment clean and tidy.
