The Space

This modern flat is located within a popular and well established residential development lies within the east of Glasgow City Centre. It is right on the edge of the oldest park in the city – Glasgow Green and the landmark attraction of People Palace. The Barras – the street market – is just round the corner of the flat.

This beautifully decorated one bedroom flat offers a very spacious and comfortable lounge, which is laid out on an ‘L’ shaped basis and comfortably accommodate two sofa beds and a dining set. 42 inches Smart LED TV wall mounted in the living room.

The Kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge freezer, washer dryer, pots, pans, cooking utensils and all the usual kitchenware. There is 1 bathroom, which has a bath and an upgraded electric shower.


Guest Access

Guests are allowed to access everything just like your home, but please be respectful! Besides, WIFI, hair dryer, ironing facility, fresh towels and linens are also included. There are a few resident parking to the back of the flat and ample road side parking available on first come first serve basis.


Interaction with Guests

I am very happy to communicate with the guests. I will try to meet all my guests in person, however, a special barcode check in may be arranged sometimes if I am not available. Anyway, you can always get me on the phone if you need further assistance or advice.


The Neighbourhood

The flat is located right on the edge of one of the biggest, most beautiful parks and venues in Europe. The Glasgow Green itself already offers a lot of activities to all kind of visitors, from visiting the beautiful museum of People Palace and the Winter Gardens to spending the precious moments with kids in the big playgrounds or even just enjoy walking, running or cycling in the park.

The Glasgow City Centre is just 20 mins on the foot. The Merchant City – a hub of fun, with lots of great restaurant & bars are just 15 mins walk.

The Emirates Arena, Celtic Football Park, National Hockey Arena are all within a short easy walk away too.

This is also great for event access as Glasgow Green hosts many events/concerts. It’s central but very relaxing. Easily accessible


Getting Around

The flat is in a fantastic location to explore the city of Glasgow, you can get to the heart of town – George Square, the Glasgow Central Station and Queen St station are all around 20 minutes short walk only. By jumping on the trains, you can visit the nearby tourist favourite spots – Edinburgh, Stirling, Loch Lomond and Trossach easily. There are also plenty of buses that go along on the main London Road and Gallowgate at the doorstep.


Other Things to Note

Beds: Gorgeous double bed in the bedroom.

There is a very comfy corner chaise sofa bed which open up as a double bed in the lounge. And another good and sturdy sofa bed at the other end of the lounge which is suitable for an adult or two children.

All clean bedding and linen will be provided.

Nobody wants to feel like they are in boarding school while they’re on holiday, so there are very few house rules that are simple to follow and are in place so that the next guests can feel as welcome as you did – the rest is just common sense.

1) The flat is strictly NON-smoking, so please do not smoke. Smoking out of the window or the door open is still smoking in the flat and will incur a £150 cleaning fee!

2) The bathroom has no windows, so I have provided some additional cloths to wipe dry the walls and sealant. This is to help prevent mold growing around the bath.

3) If you’d like to use the microwave, please make sure you cover your food by using the microwavable plate cover provided to avoid food splashes inside the microwave. The general cleaning after use should apply to the cooker and oven too.

All in all is I would ask you to treat the place like it’s your own home and be respectful. Thank you in advance
