This lovely 2-Bedroom Apartment is located in the West side of the city centre, minutes walk away from Sauchiehall Street and St Vincent Street, SECC and the Hydro, train stations (Charing Cross, Anderston and Exhibition Centre). Surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, good transport links, all in your doorstep. The apartment is suited for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

The Space
A well presented, modern two bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor with the advantage of a main door access. This fantastic self-catering apartment is situated on the ground floor of a brick facade development which was built circa 1990. There is a private car park to the rear which offers ample off-street parking as well as having direct access into the flat via a private garden. The private garden is South facing, offering plenty of light and colour. The second entrance is directly off of Dorset Street and down a set of stairs, again giving access to a private garden.
Guest Access
Guests are allowed to access everything just like your home, but please be respectful! Feel free to use all the appliances but please take good care of it, if you need help please get in touch with us. Besides, HD flat screen TV, free WIFI, hair dryer, ironing facility, fresh towels and linens are also included to facilitate your stay.
Interaction with Guests
We are very happy to communicate with guests. There is no reception at our apartment, please get i touch with us to arrange for key collection. Flexible check in/check out can be arranged prior to the agreement and is subject to availability. We try to be as flexible as possible.
The Neighbourhood
These apartments are ideally positioned for those wishing to take advantage of a vibrant City Centre lifestyle with a wide range of local cafes, bars, coffee shops, grocery shops and restaurants. There are several major transport hubs including train stations at Glasgow Central Station, Queen Street Station and public bus links at St Vincent Street and Sauchiehall Street. The City Centre is also home to several major art galleries, modern cinemas and theatres. The SECC, the Scottish Hydro Arena, the Glasgow Science Centre, the Finnieston Crane, GOMA Art Galleries, the Mitchell Library are all within easy access.
Getting Around
Public transport links could not be more convenient. Glasgow’s two major train stations are a short walk away (and less than 10 mins walk from both Anderston and Charing Cross Stations). By catching the trains, you can visit the nearby tourist favourite spots – Edinburgh, Stirling, Loch Lomond and Trossach and the rest of the UK easily.
Taxis are very accessible. It takes approx. 15 minutes with a taxi from Glasgow Airport to the apartment.

Other Things to Note
The apartment has a private parking facility that requires a security coded key to access, guests can use this facility subject to additional security deposit for the key. Alternatively, there are paid meter street parking which is free from 6PM to 8AM (Monday to Friday) and free during weekend but it can be quite busy most of the times.
Beds:
Bedroom-1: Sleeps 2 which comes with very comfortable twin-bed arrangement, however, the beds can easily be rearranged next to each other if you prefer to sleep closely. It also completes with a bedside table, table lamp and a built-in wardrobe which provides lots of storage space.
Bedroom-2: Sleeps 1 or 2 which comes with a very comfortable double bed and a wardrobe.
Two sofa beds in the lounge: Each sofa bed can sleep 1 adult or 2 children. This is a leather click-clack sofa beds which provide a small double sleeping area (114cm W x 185cm L).

Check-in time is 3PM – 6PM.
Nobody wants to feel like they are in boarding school while they’re on holiday, so there are very few house rules that are simple to follow and are in place so that the next guests can feel as welcome as you did – the rest is just common sense.
1) The flat and the entire building are strictly NON-smoking areas, so please do not smoke. Smoking out of the window or the door open is still smoking in the flat/building and will incur a £150 cleaning fee!
2) If you’d like to use the microwave, please make sure you cover your food by using the Pyrex Casserole Dish and Lid provided to avoid food splashes inside the microwave. The general cleaning after use should apply to the cooker and oven too.
3) Party is NOT ALLOWED within the flat. We do not cater for groups for stag do neither group for hens do. If you are planning to invite someone over, please let us know in advance.
4) This is a quiet residential block, please be respectful to our neighbours and please do not make excessive noise.
5) Losing the Keys or losing the Car Park key will incur an extra £30 charge upon check out, so please take care of the keys you will receive upon check in!
